  Ktagiribori is a skill to draw pictures and write letters using a katagiri chisel. Sculpture is a profound technique, which changes as if written with a brush. Watermarked patterns cut out with a jig saw can be applied in various ways, achieving both beauty and light weight.

  Processing/Assembly of Chinese gables

  Work processes of Oniita attached to a copper roof of shrines and temples are demonstrated. With finished products with a width of 1.2 m and a height of 1.5 m on the stage, processing and mounting of parts is demonstrated.

  Pleasant Japanese musical instruments - Making Japanese music global

  On the stage, Japanese musical instruments are introduced, familiar music is played, and participants experience playing the musical instruments. In the latter half, you will enjoy Japanese music, and “Sword Dance” will be played to disseminate Japanese musical instruments to the world in the finale.

  Production of and commentary about eco-friendly handmade cotton futon mattress made by a contemporary master craftsman who received the Medal with Yellow Ribbon.

  Through the demonstration and commentaries by Mr. Hisayoshi Nohara, a qualified specialist who received the Medal with Yellow Ribbon, what is a futon mattress with the ultimate technique and materials is introduced.
