Edo joinery
A desk making demonstration will be held by traditional craftsmen who have Edo traditional skill. Besides, under the guidance of the craftsman, we will experience the production of the Hakkaku chopsticks made with domestic cypress wood using a small plane.

Tokyo shamisen/Tokyo koto
A group of artisans who produce shamisen and Japanese harp, which are traditional Japanese musical instruments. We are developing new instruments that will evolve toward the future while inheriting traditional techniques. At the booth, we will do the Shamisen Making experience which anyone can easily do.

A demonstration of Katsushika Hokusai Painting "Shokoku Taki Mawari" will be held. Visitors can also experience the making of bamboo fan made of multi-colored woodblock prints. We will also exhibit traditional hand-painted woodblock fans and sell related products, including Ukiyoe woodblock prints.
