We display event dishes inherited as Japanese cultures, such as seasonal festival dishes and new year dishes. You can also enjoy an omelet cooking experience. Please enjoy delicious dashi rolls taught by Japanese cuisine professional.

Traditional and formal Japanese cuisine, which has been registered as a World Intangible Cultural Heritage, and kaiseki cuisine and Local Cuisine, are displayed daily. Also, we demonstrate the master performance of kitchen knives by peeling vegetables. You can also experience how to cut vegetables.
