  Ice sculpture is an art of ice image which is originally installed for decoration in party venues and various banquet halls of Western food. Small items are dishes, large items are objects. In the stage, using a part of the finish of the ice statue and a pigment, a drill is drilled into the ice pillar and a flower's watermark engraving is shown by last year's world champion Mr. Hideo Kase.

  Last year, the Kawagoe Hikawa Festival float event (Kawagoe Festival) was registered as a UNESCO intangible cultural heritage.Kawagoe Steeplejack Association, Kawagoe-han Hinawajyuu Teppoutai Hozonkai (matchlock group) will promote Kawagoe Festival on stage. Also, Festival will be held grandly on 14th and 15th October this year.
