■「Monozukuri/Takumi no Waza 2017」The term of Childcare service
- Eligibility／The participant's Child,[3 months of age～Pre-school age(or Six gradaer)]
- Fee／Free ※Without diapers etc. fee and extension fee.
- Belongs／①Parent's ID card(Health Insurance Card,Driver's license etc.) ②Application Form(Please Fill in and Press a seal) ③Lunch, snack, milk, baby bottle(we provide hot water), drink,diaper, Tissue paper, change of clothes, towel, plastic bag etc.
- Food／①There is no meal preparation.At lunch time, Please greet your child or bring the food. ②All treats and drinks will be served.
- Notice／①Please come and have your children hand wash. ②On that day, we may refuse deposit if the childcare staff judges that it is not suitable for physical condition such as fever (over 37.5 degrees) infection and group care. ③In case of emergency, we will call by mobile phone. Be sure to fill in the emergency contact address in "Childcare Application Form". In that case, please give us prompt response. ④We can not do medication by nurserystaff. ⑤Always be puctual for sending and picking up. ⑥Please write your name on all of your belongings. We can not assume responsibility for things that do not fill in.
