five senses for each job type

In our event, there are booths where exhibitions and sales as well as demonstrations
and experiences can be held for each field of Clothing" "Food" "Living" "Manufacturing".
Approximately 50 organizations and companies exhibited from about 50 occupations.

How to peel and cut vegetables is essential technology for Japanese cuisine, excellent technology is required along with sashimi.
Peelings include root vegetables such as sweet potato, kyo pot, radish, carrot and cucumbers for stew(cooking) and also decoration such as flower, bird,carp, crane or turtle.
These give Japanese cuisine a sense of taste, fun and season.

The essence of Japanese cuisine are beauty of the serve and how to pick out Dashi(Japanese soup stock). We will attach a service of Dashi to dumpling box lunch and Chirashi sushii for sale.Please try your lunch together with soup stock.
Also, please enjoy the traditional Japanese cuisine through the cooking experience of 'Japanese rolled omelette' packed with tradition since the Edo period.
