    1. Tamagoyaki (Japanese Omelet) Workshop

      A professional cook teaches how to make a rolled Japanese omelet (dashimaki tamago). The finished product can be eaten on the spot.

    1. Vegetable Mukimono (Decorative Garnishing) and Cutting Workshop

      Using a mould or peels, create garnishes in the shape of plums, cherry blossoms, and frogs using carrots, radishes, cucumbers, and more. The finished product can be taken home.
